This living resource aggregates 100+ resources designed to advance equity in hiring. It includes organizations that connect historically marginalized job seekers with employers as well as products that help teams identify and reduce bias in their hiring processes.

You’ll find a mix of community-centered job boards, talent platforms, and analytics tools that support more equitable outcomes. Use it to explore new options, spark ideas, and deepen your strategy.

Function for Employers

These are the different use cases for hiring teams. For example, a Hiring Analytics Tool might be software that uses candidate demographic data to ensure fair pass-through rates between interview stages.

Identity Focus

These are the historically marginalized groups you can connect with. Some companies are designed to serve specific groups (e.g., Black women), whereas others provide more general services to reach historically marginalized groups.

Additional Focus

In addition to specific identities, some companies focus on specific career stages, industries, job levels, or job structures.
